Trips MAY 1 - MAY 9

Looks like some of the local rivers are up and paddable. The Castle is at 32cms, Belly is too low, Middle Fork is getting High (9000cfs), Swiftcurrent is 335cfs (500cfs is a good flow), and the accessible East Kootenays runs seem to be flowing well.

Post your trips here.

There are some people paddling the Upper St. Mary's river near Cardston. They will be meeting at High Level Canoes and Kayaks store at 10 am Tomorrow (Sunday) morning. This is a great begginner run with class 1 and some Class 2 rapids. Great shuttle/river access.

It sounds like you've already had some good trips this season. I have yet to get out there.

I'm really looking forward to the Three River Rendezvous / May long weekend.
